The standard suite of numbers supplied with
the CIX Office are a London (020 8) Voicemail number, a London (020 8) Fax2mail number,
and a 0871 Teleconferencing number.

You are alerted to the arrival of a message
by a figure appearing next to your voice
folder as shown in the picture to the right
The voice message is a .wav file. Clicking on
the file opens your default media player,
an application such as Real Player or
Windows Media Player.

You can also choose to get the voicemail
forwarded to your email account - ideal
for picking up your messages when you
are out of the office.

Telephone your voicemail and leave
a message. Then open the call record
page and mark it as selected. This will
now be your outgoing message.

Through the CIX Phone forwarding interface
enter the number you wish the phone to
forward to and the number of rings before
it reverts to voicemail.

You are alerted to the arrival of a fax by a

Using the pin security feature you control who is involved in a conference call. You merely need to tell them the time of the conference and provide them their enter pin number. You have control to change your pin password when you wish.

SMS text messaging is now very much a
business application. Using the CIX interface
you are able to send messages through
your phone from the keyboard.
