Events held in another calendar can be imported if the existing calendar supports the vCal format.

Provided your mobile phone or PDA is running SyncML.
Q3. Can I share an event(s) with a friend or colleague?
A. Yes you can.
If the friend or colleague also is running CIX Office or if not by sending by email as a vCal file.
Q4. Can I be alerted to events by email or SMS text or by reminders appearing on my Today Page?
A. Yes you can.
Alerts can be set to be sent as SMA text, email or to appear on the Today Page or as all three.
